Information we receive
When you send a property enquiry, we receive the name, email address and message you provide, together with the property that prompted your enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information only to review your enquiry, reply to you and continue any conversation you choose to have with us. We do not sell enquiry details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Security and service providers
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, bot protection and delivery of enquiry emails. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information needed to distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond and manage any resulting correspondence, or for longer where an active transaction or legal obligation requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Prime Bangkok does not use advertising trackers, audience analytics or optional marketing cookies on this site. Turnstile may use strictly necessary security technologies when the enquiry form is loaded.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question by emailing info@primebangkok.com.
